Forest Bathing Club Memberships

Similar to doing yoga or getting a massage, one forest bathing walk is beneficial, but your body really responds and you get much greater benefits from regular practice. To help facilitate that, we have created the Forest Bathing Club, with three levels of membership opportunities available. Club members can utilize any of the public walks, with several option available each month. All club memberships are valid for a full year, and walks can be taken at any time during that year.

Alder CLub

If you want to try out a few forest bathing walks, you can join the 3-walk Alder Club for an 18.5% reduction in per walk prices.

Maple Club

If you are interested in doing forest bathing on a more regular basis, join the 6-walk Maple Club for a 35% reduction in per walk prices. In addition, Maple and Red Cedar Club members receive a 10% discount on private and group walks.

Red Cedar Club

For those who want a regular forest bathing practice, join the 12-walk Red Cedar Club for a 50% reduction in per walk prices. In addition, Maple and Red Cedar Club members receive a 10% discount on private and group walks.

Slow Down and Relax with Forest Bathing in Forest Park, 10am-noon, Sept 29

We will take a slow and gentle 2 hour forest bathing walk. Forest Park is home to an abundance of native wildlife and plant species, including the iconic Douglas fir and western red cedar. During the walk, I will offer a series of mindful and bodyful invitations to help you slow down, engage your senses, connect with the natural world, and experience the restorative qualities of nature.
